Over the past 30-years Bill has experienced about everything in coaching. Bill has lead programs at the NCAA I, NAIA and High School levels and has coached elite athletes and teams over those 30-years. He has an understanding of the dramatic high's and low's of the roller-coaster that is coaching athletics.
In particular, he has seen the positive and negative impacts of conflict in coaching athletics. He has also experienced the cultural and environmental changes that have changed athletics, that have increased the visibility, criticism and pressure of athletics, and have increased the amount and type of conflict that coaches, programs and athletes face now.
