Bill has been optimizing human performance for more than 30-years. His main experience has been in athletics where his teams and athletes have won National, Regional and Conference Championships. Although winning championships is a huge challenge no matter what, Bill has done it by transforming the most unlikely collegiate programs from low performers to elite performers.
Bill's experience transforming the “impossible” to championships has proven to him that all humans have limitless capability. The question isn’t whether a person, team, business or organization can improve, it is will they? Do they know how, do they want to, will they seek out the help to change and can they believe?
Where there is desire and belief, anything is possible, especially with proper learning and guidance. In other words, as capability increases, limits disappear.
“The same concepts that produce outrageous success in athletes and college athletic teams unlock success in business, organizations and every other human pursuit. Some of the terminology is different, but the concepts are universal. Capability is the key to rising to the highest levels.
“I love to see people and organizations transform! I live to help people believe in themselves, apply effective transformational behaviors, and unlock the next level and the next and the next. I became an athletic coach for this reason. I learned I had a great talent and desire to help people be amazing and accomplish more than they ever dreamed.
“It is so exciting to go beyond athletics to be able to help anyone and any organization that desires more.”
Bill has a Master’s degree in Conflict Management. He is a USATF Level 2 Coach in Endurance events. In addition to his coaching experience and certifications, he is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Executive and Leadership Coach, has completed Leadership Strategies Effective Facilitator certification and is certified in EQ-I 2.0 and EQ 360 Emotional Intelligence assessments, among other certifications and experience.
After 13-years living in Nashville, he currently resides near Pittsburgh, PA, Bill is a native of the Seattle, WA area. In the past he volunteered with Snohomish County (WA) Search & Rescue for 16-years and served 6-years in the Washington Army National Guard as a 19D Cavalry Scout.
In his spare time, Bill enjoys to spend time in the mountains, is a skilled marksman and outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time with his wife of 31 years Tabetha and their two daughters ages 12 & 15.
