In her spare time Tabetha takes her love and passion for horses into the leadership realm by running an experiential learning program called The Equine Leadership Challenge. The program teaches key leadership principles through the use of horses in a facilitated environment.
Tabetha and her husband Bill have been married for 31 years and have two amazing daughters ages 12 & 15. Tabetha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
